The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to No Bad Hands LLC. We operate this website and everything on it — content, products, services, the works (collectively, the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our [Privacy Policy](/policies/privacy-policy), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

1. Access and Your Account
By using the Services, you confirm that you're at least the age of majority in your state or province. If you let a minor use the Services on your device, that's on you.
When you sign up or place an order, you may be asked for your email, billing, payment, and shipping info. You're responsible for making sure all of that is accurate and up to date.
You're also responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share them, don't sell them, don't transfer them.

2. Our Products
We do our best to accurately represent our products online — colors, materials, sizing. That said, screens lie. What you see on your monitor or phone may differ slightly from the physical product due to your device's display settings. We don't guarantee that a product's appearance or quality will match exactly what you see on screen.
Product descriptions, availability, and pricing can change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product.

3. Orders
When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order isn't confirmed until we accept it and process payment.
Review your order before you submit it. Once accepted, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. If we need to make a change or cancel, we'll reach out via the email, phone, or address you provided.

You confirm that your purchases are for personal use — not for commercial resale or export.

4. Prices and Payment
Prices can change without notice. The price you're charged is the one displayed when you placed the order. Unless stated otherwise, posted prices don't include taxes, shipping, handling, or customs/import charges.
Online prices may differ from any in-person or third-party pricing. Promotions may apply from time to time — if a promotion's terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion wins.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current payment information. You represent that the payment method you use is yours to use, that the charges will be honored, and that you'll pay the posted price plus any applicable taxes and shipping.

5. Shipping and Delivery
All delivery times are estimates. We're not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or anything else outside our control. Once we hand your package to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

Everything on this site — the brand, the text, the images, the designs, the graphics, the layout — belongs to No Bad Hands LLC or our licensors. It's protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You can use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You can't reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any of our content without written permission. The No Bad Hands name, logos, product names, and designs are our trademarks. Don't use them without asking.
Shopify's name, logo, and related marks are Shopify's. Everything else belongs to its respective owners.

We may integrate third-party tools into the site (analytics, reviews, forms, etc.). We don't control or endorse them. They're provided "as is." If you use them, that's your call — review their terms independently.

Our site may link to external websites or embed third-party content. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products, or practices. If you click a link and leave our site, you're on your own. Review their policies before engaging.

9. Relationship with Shopify
No Bad Hands is powered by Shopify. However, any purchase you make is a transaction directly with No Bad Hands — not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of our sales, including any injury, damage, or loss related to products you buy from us. By using the Services, you release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with us.
