Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unused, in the same condition you received them — tags attached and original packaging included. Our pieces are made in limited runs; we can't resell garments that have been worn, washed, or altered.

To start a return, email us at chris@nobadhands.gg with your order number. If your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your package back.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Returns we didn't authorize won't be accepted.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Exchanges
We don't hold inventory for swaps. The fastest path: return the original item (once approved), then place a new order for the size or color you want — if it's still available.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must be returned unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging, as described above. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
