90-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unused, in the same condition you received them, with any tags attached.
Personalized / embroidered-to-order items are the exception: because they're made specifically for you and can't be resold, they're eligible for exchange or store credit only, not a cash refund.
FREE SIZE EXCHANGES
Wrong size? We'll exchange it free within 90 days. The shirt must be in the same original condition (unworn, unwashed). Email chris@nobadhands.gg with your order number and the size you want, and we'll send a prepaid return label.
LIFETIME CRAFTSMANSHIP GUARANTEE
We stand behind how our shirts are made. If the stitching, seams, embroidery, or fabric fails under normal use — for as long as you own the shirt — we'll repair or replace it at no charge. This covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or damage from improper care. Email chris@nobadhands.gg with your order number and a photo.

Email chris@nobadhands.gg with your order number. If approved, we'll send a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first — returns we didn't authorize can't be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days at chris@nobadhands.gg and we'll make it right.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must be returned unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, contact us at chris@nobadhands.gg.
